Hexham Art Club and Northumberland National Parks (formerly Dickinson’s Furniture, St Mary’s Chare)

Once again Hexham Spaces wishes to thank the Agent, Mike Birkett of Reid Birkett, and also the Landlord for giving access to the above shop windows.

It has been a pleasure to welcome back Northumberland National Parks and Hexham Art Club.  The windows are a delight and have been much admired by passers-by in St Mary’s Chare, which is such a charming street.

What a pleasure it is to work with Hexham Spaces again. Our presentation at St. Mary’s Chare has been a great success with interest shown in joining the art club discussing the pictures in the exhibition. The kind help and attention of Patricia, Stuart and the team has meant that we have been able to keep the exhibition fresh and up to date and constantly interesting.

Hexham Art Club aims to provide a stimulating and friendly meeting place for all people who aspire to be creative whatever their skill level. Hexham Spaces has helped us to communicate our aims with the people of Hexham and to keep Hexham looking attractive throughout the year.

Thanks again to all at Hexham Spaces.

Stella Douglas (Chair, Hexham Art Club)

Northumberland National Park is very grateful to Hexham Spaces for providing us with the opportunity to promote the beauty of Northumberland National Park again in the space vacated by Dickinson's Furniture.
We look forward to welcoming visitors to our new 'Lost Words' festival at the Sill National Landscape Discovery Centre starting on the 25 January through to 20 April 2020.
